Day 36 Gonzar (18km)

Bloody hot but going well. Finished in Gonzar at 2pm just before torrential down pour. Had the best Pilgrim menu ever here, spag bol, salmon steaks with peas (bugger me) and potato (not fried) and to finish it off a home made cheesecake drizzled with a rich dark honey. All real food no canned crap. I did however, have the obligatory local specialty soup for lunch which I have renamed "cream of weevil soup" as apart from some green vegetable, beans and potato there are some very suspect weevil looking things. Have been eating it all the same for the last three days just to get some greens.
